How do I place an order?
Browse our collection, choose your artwork, and click Buy Now. Enter your delivery details and complete the payment. Your order will be delivered within 7–12 business days.
What is the difference between Framed Art Prints and Framed Posters?
Framed Art Prints
Museum-quality reproductions printed on premium fine art paper and professionally framed for an elegant, gallery-style finish.
Framed Posters
High-quality poster prints with lamination or acrylic glass, framed without a mount for a clean and modern look.
What is the difference between Fine Art Paper, Museum Paper, and Museum Canvas?
Fine Art Paper (210 GSM)
Smooth, non-textured paper with a soft finish and subtle color appearance.
Museum Paper (350 GSM)
Premium-quality paper with richer colors, finer details, and a more realistic look.
Museum Canvas (380 GSM)
Textured, vibrant, and highly realistic with a premium artistic finish.
Note: Fine Art Paper and Museum Paper come framed with glass, while Museum Canvas is protected with varnish and UV coating, so glass is not required.
Does the artwork come with glass?
Yes — Fine Art Paper, Museum Paper, and Posters include glass protection.
Museum Canvas does not require glass and comes with a protective varnish and UV coating to resist dust and fingerprint marks.
Does the artwork include a mat mount?
Fine Art Paper and Museum Paper include an elegant off-white mat mount around the artwork.
Canvas, Minimalist Art, and Set of 3 collections come without a mat mount.
You may also mention custom mat mount preferences in your order notes.
Can I purchase artwork without a frame?
Yes! Simply select the “Only Print / No Frame” option. Your artwork will be securely rolled and delivered in a protective tube for local framing.
Do your art prints come in different sizes?
Yes — multiple size options are available on every product page.
Can I choose a different frame style?
Yes! We offer Black, White, Light Brown, and Dark Brown frame options designed to complement all interior styles.

Do you offer custom framing?
Absolutely! Share your requirements with our support team, and we’ll help you with available customization options.
Are the artworks ready to hang?
Yes — all framed artworks come with pre-installed hanging hardware for easy installation.
Do you have wall art for home or living room décor?
Absolutely! We offer a wide range of wall art perfect for living rooms, bedrooms, offices, hallways, and more.
How do your art prints enhance wall décor?
Our artworks add style, personality, and visual appeal, instantly elevating your space with a premium aesthetic.
What is your return or exchange policy?
We offer a 7-day replacement guarantee for damaged or defective products.
As all artworks are made-to-order, change-of-mind returns are not accepted.
Need to cancel? Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of purchase.

Why doesn’t CrafterDen offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Your artwork reaches you safe and damage-free.
Do you offer gift wrapping or personalized notes?
Gift wrapping is currently unavailable. However, we can include a personalized note on request.

Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship only within India.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via Email or WhatsApp to monitor your delivery in real time.
