• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

• Clearance or sale items (if applicable)

5. Damaged or Defective Products

• If you receive a damaged product, contact us within 48 hours with photos for quick resolution.

6. Shipping Costs

• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
